Dispensation

Medical or personal circumstances

1

Tell the embassy

Inform the Dutch embassy or consulate that you want a medical exemption.

2

Medical examination

A doctor appointed by the embassy examines you – at your own cost.

The doctor sends the medical form to the IND. You receive a copy.

4

Apply

Enclose the copy – not older than 6 months – with the MVV application.
